Sunday, October 2, 2022 - This bottle was stored warm, so consumed early, but it’s drinking beautifully right now. Again, almost weightless, but with a more elegant, formed structure. This is at the very earliest end of what I expect will be a 2-3 year initial drinking window before it shuts down and opens again in the late 2020s. When it does, watch out - this’ll be stunning.
