Saturday, October 15, 2022 - Delbos bottling. Perfect cork. Brownish colour. After 15 min red fruit, wood, coffee, leather. Intense. Slim but still muscular and vibrant with high but ripe acidity. Tannins have smoothened and structure comes mainly from its acidity. Good length of finish. The last sips are after 3 hours still excellent. Did not expect a lot. So this was a very nice surprise.
