Sunday, October 16, 2022 - I took a small glass of this wine destined to be used in a beef stew. It is made from Syrah, Mourvèdre and Grenache and was medium+ bodied with nicely ripe savoury complexioned fruit, some earthiness, good depth, discreet but well balanced acidity and firm tannic backbone, which would probably be less apparent with food. Worth repurchase for accompanying our meals. Good.
