Saturday, April 11, 2009 - Upon opening it had a bit of bret and was quite astingent. That blew off in a few minutes. Decanting might of helped. Nose of cedar. Very Bordeaux like. Beautifully aged. Nice balance of fruit, acidity and oak. Not over the hill, but drinking beautifully. Left in the bottle over night and tasted again and it was still great.
