Wednesday, October 19, 2022 - Fresh melon on the nose along pepper, wax and herbal notes. The palate is really dense and full bodied, but not at all broad, there is a beautiful streak of acidity from start to the lasting finish providing excellent freshness. As always with this wine, the texture is especially worth mentioning: zesty, even slightly tingly, but soft, and then like glue on the finish covering the whole palate. Good vintage of this classic. Long life ahead. 17+/20
