Nose on brioche and grilled almonds. Vivid bubbles.
Mouth on apple and lemon, quite lively but well coated in a very light dosage. Fresh and balanced, it is less austere than the last Dehours buses. Final on the biscuit with a slightly short length.
A good and pleasant champagne
