Sunday, October 23, 2022 - Excellent; I am not a huge fan of California cabs, but this was surprisingly good; full body wine, the tannins are already soft enough but the fruit is still present; it's starting to show some secondary and tertiary notes, but still very fruit forward. Decanted for only 30 min, it probably needed a bit longer, but it's drinking really well right now.
