Sunday, October 30, 2022 - Brick red/orange at the rim. Very very earthy on opening. Too earthy… but with air it’s now much more balanced, with tar on the nose, full-bodied mouthfeel, and the tannins are still fairly grippy. I think it could go another 5 at least. Enjoyed this very much.
