Wednesday, November 2, 2022 - Really enjoyed this Cabernet. Not a huge fan of California Cabs, but this was non-traditional. Dark garnet color, nice fruit/spice nose, dark black cherries and smokey meat on the palate. Loved the smokey / funk that it had, particularly on the long finish. Definitely my new fave for Napa Cabs. Really well done, tons of life left, decanted for 45 min and was very drinkable. Opened nicely as time went on.
