Monday, November 7, 2022 - bright and lively scents of hibiscus, cranberry and fresh plum, structured and complex on the palate, especially after opening up with some air, the mouthfeel is fine and snappy, swell intensity and concentration, flavors of black cherry and black tea envelop the tongue, slightly bitter on the finish which works well with the profile of the wine, inviting and hard to put down, drinking well now with enough stuffed in to continue developing in the cellar for a while
