Sunday, November 13, 2022 - Almost two years since I tasted my last bottle of this and it has developed nicely in bottle. Aromas of blackberry, tar, herbs, and violets on the nose. Tastes of blackberry, plum, herbs, and black pepper on the palate. The acidity and tannins complimented each other providing an amazing mouthfeel and texture.
