Thursday, November 17, 2022 - Swig - Portfolio Tasting. Brief notes: Quite a dense, almost tarry nose. Comes alive on the palate - there’s lots of structure with fine tannins and good acidity. Intensely flavoured - cherry fruit, leather, spices. Very long. Excellent.
