Friday, November 18, 2022 - disgorged May 2014. Oldest bottle of this Cuvee I’ve had, it carries a nice richness that gives it good weight. The acid I assume it had in youth has mellowed and mixed with a nice semi sweet apple and hazelnut note. Fun to try older NV bottles of a producer I absolutely love current releases from, and gotten for a very good deal, I’ll keep on the lookout for similar going forward.
