Sunday, November 20, 2022 - Nose of Chinese Baijiu liquor (fruity/sour/alcoholic).
Palate is nutty and toasted, lightly fizzy, hint of sweetness like a 10 gram dosage champagne.
Very nice, but for the price, I would rather have 2 bottles of Ruinart BdB nv, or 5 bottles of the excellent Raventos i Blanc 1497 cava
