Thursday, November 24, 2022 - Slow ox. Blackcurrant and blackberry. Spicy and chocolatey. Incredibly rich! Long drying and slight bitter finish. Very nice oak integration (to my delight). Really delicious! Galetizine doesn’t get the same hype as the Champoux but, it is the Quilceda to seek out in my opinion.
