Friday, November 25, 2022 - Very unique , lots of umami, and ever evolving over the two days it took to finish. Not a classic, typical Wilamette Pinot. Kind of off beat for a Brooks.red fruits, ripe, stewed fruits and evn a bit volitale . Would hold if I had more from this vintage.
