Saturday, November 26, 2022 - Remarkably light yellow. An “Alsace greatest hits” nose-light fusel, stone fruit, and black tea. Medium weight, excellent feel, dry, low pitched peach, lots of soil, and fantastic acidity. Still not fully mature. Like the Energizer bunny, this vintage just keeps going and going and going… I will really miss this wine when I finally run out of my stash. One of the most classic and long lived Frédéric Emiles, a real wonder.
