Tuesday, April 21, 2009 - Refreshing minerality and acidity in this Pinot Bianco from San Michele Appiano. I like the way this wine goes with food, stands up to spicey with a long crisp clean finish. Tastes perhaps from sur lies in the finish. A little heat from the 13.5% alcohol Unpretentious but well crafted and styled.
