Tuesday, December 20, 2022 - Purple in color and opaque in the glass. Aromas of roasted meat, tar, and smoke dominate the nose with hints of raspberry in the background. Beautiful raspberry fruit on the palate along with black pepper. Everything was in balance and I just thoroughly enjoyed this Saint JOseph!
