Thursday, December 22, 2022 - On first opening, it seemed very soft and gentle, and I dismissed it as a 2016 that had gone a bit overdone (even though the colour was definitely very healthy and showing acid). After a while it became more typical of the maker, minerally and a bit restrained. A keeper.

edit: two days later the last inch was delightful, particularly the aroma: fine, savoury, solid and stable.
