Wednesday, December 28, 2022 - Popped and poured. Was a little sweet when I opened it. Put it in the fridge and forgot about it for three days. It was really lovely. Orchard fruit, cashews, a little floral accents on the nose. The wine itself is light golden, quite full bodied, slightly noticeable oak, but pretty well integrated. Overall quite good. Fully mature so I would drink up in the next couple years.
