Saturday, December 31, 2022 - Feb 2022 disgorgement. Pale gold body. Nose of green apple, baked pie crust, white cherry, pear, stone. Taste is white peach, lemon curd acid, very tight almond (should expand with aging). Finish is long but astringent/acidic at 60 degrees. Suggest aging longer or drinking under 50 F.
