Sunday, January 1, 2023 - Inky garnet black. Decanted 30+ minutes. Definitely tertiary evolution of the fruit and savouries - rich, stewed black cherry and dried dates, plus tapenade and dark chocolate. Medium plus body and finish. Well-balanced. Very pleasant. Wouldn't have guessed Cab/Syrah blend - more like a Carinena/Garnacha mix from Priorat with some age on it. Paired with roast ham dinner.
