Monday, January 2, 2023 - Fantastic balance. Mature now, but no way near getting tired. Very complex with dark fruit and some tertiary aromas.

1/13/2023 2:42:00 AM - I opened it three hours in advance and decided not to decant. It showed perfect when served. I am happy I did not decant.
