Saturday, April 25, 2009 - Opened with a deep purple coloring. The aroma gave off lots of rich black fruits such as blakcberry, currants and plum along with some pepper. Very smooth with all of the tannins having disappeared. If all merlot tasted like this, I could be a regular merlot drinker!
The bottle threw just a bit of sediment.
