Tuesday, January 17, 2023 - Licorice and shimmering red fruits, that subtle lava/volcanic character of Etna grapes, sour and refreshing.

Even at this young young age it is relatively easy to drink, but don't mistake that for soft or flabby or without structure. Right now it is just presenting as a really well-made wine that will be enjoyable throughout its life.
