and 10% Cramant on the Côte des Blancs.
Microvinification in vats by single small plots.
Malolactic. Matured 89 months on lees in stainless steel.
Bottled in 04/2013.
Disgorded in 09/2020.
Dosage: 4.5 g/L (Extra Brut)
12.5% Abv.

Background: Established in 1995 by Philippe Glavier, 3rd gen grower
with diploma from Lycee d’Avize before inheriting an exceptional
Grand Cru estate; and spouse Véronique Glavier, 13th gen grower in
Monthelon. The union of two families comprises 52 plots totaling 4.6 ha.

A(ccuray)=2: Pale gold/yellow. Persistent ring of mousse.
B(alance)=3: Refined fruit with vibrant structure.
C(omplexity)=2: Ripe citrus, pear, spices.
D(epth)=1: Soft mouthfeel. Good length and finish.
