Background: Established in 1995 by Philippe Glavier, 3rd gen grower
with diploma from Lycee d’Avize before inheriting an exceptional
Grand Cru estate; and spouse Véronique Glavier, 13th gen grower in
Monthelon. The union of two families comprises 52 plots totaling 4.6 ha.

B(alance)=3: Refined fruit with vibrant structure.
C(omplexity)=2: Ripe citrus, pear, spices.
