Saturday, January 21, 2023 - Slow ox 30 minutes. Massive, a bit jammy wine, with packs of black currant, blackberry fruit, some herbs, woodsmoke and graphite. This is still youthful, a bit over the top having not toned down at all with age. Not sure this is going to evolve into something great as it seemed earlier.
