Sunday, January 29, 2023 - Deep purple colour. Smell is vegetal and blue fruits, slightly earthy. Flavours of licorice, chocolate, green pepper are prominent. Tannins are moderate. Flavours hit fairly quickly and body is not extremely long but flavours do round out in the mouth. Will let it breathe and see if flavours change.
