Saturday, July 16, 2022 - Right now very fruit-forward, and so, so elegant! Raw and polished at the same tim. Super intense yet very delicate and lightfooted.

Fresh and highly energetic on the nose. Good little VA and slightly reductive in the beginning, offering notes of pure red fruits such as wild strawberries, griottes, cranberry, black hibiscus tea, big florality and a chalky touch. It’s a little vegetal with a peppery, green bell pepper and stemmy touch from the clusters.
It’s medium-bodied with tiny and silky tannins and an electrifying acidity (with mild VA) - a bit prickling, quite juicy. Raspberry, sweet/sour strawberry (a bit candied), redcurrant, hints of cinnamon, green pepper and a good cluster feel.
