Wednesday, February 1, 2023 - Two hour double decant for both coarse and fine sediment. Nose of cherry, black currants and a bit of licorice that grew more pronounced as it aired in the glass. Deep rich fruit, long finish. A classic Mondavi cab with a lot of life left yet.
