Sunday, February 5, 2023 - First taste without decanting was a bit disappointing - not enough acidity. But got progressively better over time. When we finished the meal after three hours, the wine was drinking beautifully and the lack of acidity was easier to overlook with other flavours more pronounced. Did not blow me away but it’s quite well made
