Tuesday, February 21, 2023 - Excellent wine. An interesting contrast to the 2013 Chaillot (had 2 nights prior). More aromatic, more acidic and heavier tanins.
Blue fruits, mineral, olives and bacon fat notes. Mouth coating tanins faded within an hour. Elegant and complex.
