Wednesday, January 25, 2023 - At the UGC Chicago. Mild fruit fragrance, muted fruit flavor though richer extraction on the palate, no obvious faults. Moderate aftertaste about 5 seconds, pleasing structure. I sense that it could evolve nicely over time though I have no prior experience with earlier vintages.
