Sunday, February 19, 2023 - Not decanted, one glass consumed over ~45 minutes. There's definitely a core of red Barbera fruit here with some accentuated ripeness due to the passito method. To my palate, the acid helps this stay in balance as a nice, if not really noteworthy, red.
