Wednesday, February 22, 2023 - dark color. still a little bit closed. too early to drink. wait another 5 years. tanines were developped and a wine with long depth. but still lots of potential to develop.

    I see you opened a bottle. When would you open your next bottle?
    I opened a 2012 Chapoutier Ermitage Le Pavillon 2012which is drinking exceptionally well. One year apart with considerable offences in drinkability!
