Sunday, February 26, 2023 - Medium(-) lemon-golden, thick. Fine aromas of lychee, mango, baked spiced apple some petrole, dried leaves. Medium sweet, medium(+) fine acidity, low alcohol @9% abv and medium body. Pineapple, mango, sweet spice, golden delicious, citrus notes. Crunchy mouthfeel, balancing acidity, sweetness and fruits. Refreshing attack and focused lingering and clean finish.
With torchon de foie gras as starters and raspberry-rhubarb pie as desert.
