Monday, February 27, 2023 - Purple black. Bouquet of sweet blackcurrant and leather. Taste similar, syrupy and somewhat sweet dark berries, plum, minerals and leather, with a hint of honey and rosewater. Hoping time will constrain the berry syrup in the next bottles.
