Thursday, March 2, 2023 - The world needs more grenache-carignan blends! A lovely wine, generous, fruit forward with cherry and raspberry notes, a bit of spice - cinnamon - and umami, which was more pronounced at first. Brightly medium bodied, a terrific food wine - we had it with some mildly spicy albondigas in red sauce with zuchetti noodles.
