Monday, January 23, 2023 - Chinese New Year Celebration at Uncle Joseph's (Woodsville): Pale ruby with violet hue. Aromas mainly of cherry and cranberry, rocket leaves, fennel, and some hay funk, and a bit of grey rocks n iron. Light bodied with zingy acids, and very soft tannins, as well as sour cheery and cranberry flavours, rocket leaves, and iron rocks. Pretty complex at the back
