Saturday, May 2, 2009 - Decanted for 3 hours before dinner. We paired it with lamb, and did a wine tasting against a 2000 Chateau La Mission, which retails for considerably less. Our guests preferred the bordeaux over Quintessa. I really expected more from this wine. We've tried Quintessa 2002 now over the last few years, and it just doesn't impress me for the money.
