Friday, March 17, 2023 - Pop n pour. Now 30 min after opening. Aromas of gala apples, unripe pears, some herbs, and minerals. Palate w tart apples and unripe pears, minerals, herbs. Excellent acids on a medium body. Nice finish that echoes the flavors. Young but delicious. First Pinot Blanc outside of Germany that I really enjoy.
