Thursday, September 27, 1990 - With MPL at London Wine Bar with Donna, Gary and Marne. Medium ruby color. Good nose, but not as good as the '86 Reserve. Less pure Pinot Noir fruit. On the palate, pretty good, though coarse and earthy. Dense. Good, not great. 5-10-15-7: 87/100.
