Saturday, April 1, 2023 - vibrant, inky, deep ruby. only translucent at the edge of the glass. on the nose, sweet cherry, pomegranate, juicy raisin, sunshine, chewing tobacco, unsmoked cigar. less complex on the palate--cherry, raisin, and date. full bodied and extremely smooth. tannins becoming well integrated, with plenty of staining and sediment inside the bottle. really good stuff.
