Monday, April 3, 2023 - Medium yellow color. Beautiful nose of spring flowers, pit fruits and a hint of wood smoke. The palate is just LOADED with sweet cling peaches and apricots, brioche and oyster shell on the finish. This is remarkably similar to Champagne at this stage of its development. Just fantastic and incredibly youthful for a 12 year old Cava! 92
