Monday, April 3, 2023 - Heater week; 3/26/2023-4/3/2023 (Chicago, IL): Very dark colour -- worryingly so, but surprisingly this was still drinking very well. The fruit definitely shows a good bit of ripeness and softness, with a slightly roasted quality to the fruit. I wonder if this bottle, while drinkable, was really representative/sound.
