Saturday, February 18, 2023 - I liked the very fact that it's an Etna wine. However, all in all, it was quite reserved for a long time. It is not a typical smooth fruity southern wine. Obviously the altitude makes it 'cooler', more acidic, and more vibrant. Not a 'wow', but will definitely try more from this interesting DOC.
