Monday, April 10, 2023 - Dark fruit, Mediterranean spice, peat moss and dried mushrooms. This wine has the “X” factor that I seek. Great depth and texture. After a needed two hour decant, this wine expressed it self beautifully. There are ten years of great drinking in this wines future. Great juice.
