Thursday, April 13, 2023 - Nose: pear, lime, hints of apricot and baked apple, white flowers, blanched almonds/macadamia, crème fraîche. Wet rock.

Palate: Acidity underlays a considerably thick, silky, rich mouthfeel. Med+/high alcohol.

After a full day tasting premium niagara wines, it’s nice to get a taste for the benchmark.
