Friday, April 14, 2023 - Opened and served at cellar temperature 30 min after pulling the cork. Nose of pear, butterscotch, and minerality. Palate of red apple, ripe pear, guava, and nice acidity. Great weight in the mid-palate, long finish and a hint of salinity. This will be very enjoyable over the next 3-5 years
